Troubleshooting
- Expired license – check your license status in the POSIMYTH Store dashboard and renew it if needed.
- URL mismatch – make sure your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) match under Settings > General. A mismatch can cause activation to fail, especially after moving a site between environments.
- Security firewall blocking – temporarily disable strict security firewalls so the license server can be reached during activation. Local and staging environments (localhost, staging domains, and private IP ranges) don’t count against your activation limit.
